Credit and debit card orders are not processed on our site, but by our e-commerce payment provider, NoChex, www.nochex.com. Your personal data and credit ard details are held by NoChex, not DoctorHappyMacparts. All credit/debit card transactions are processed securely using industry standard data encryption.
We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons, beyond the essential requirement for credit/debit card validation during purchase and maintaining our mailing/newsletter list.
When you order a part or otherwise contact Doctor Happy Mac by email, we add your name to our mailing list. This means you will start to receive our regular newsletter. Upon receipt of the first (or any subsequent newsletters) you can opt to unsubscribe to this list, and your contact details will be removed from the email list. You can subscribe to the newsletter via our website, where upon we will collect only enough data to supply the newsletter to you. You will still be able to unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time.
We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation.
We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically knowingly provide it. In order to maintain the accuracy of our database, you can check, update or remove your personal details by sending your request by e-mail to privacy@doctorhappymacparts.co.uk.
