Back in the day, before the Air, Apple offered a super funky little laptop number, the 12in PowerBook G4. With it's classy aluminium case the 12incher was a step up from the studenty 12in iBook. Initially offered with an 867Mhz G4 processor the 12in made it all the way to the heady heights of 1.5GHz before Apple axed it. Which means that you can run 10.5 on all models (if you're patient).
The cries of despair upon it's demise are still echoing the halls as this little baby laptop still has a cult following amongst people who think that a 13in MacBook is just too large and that an Air is just too damn expensive.
