Inverter board for a PowerBook G3 400 or 500 MHz model (Pismo). The inverter powers the LCD backlight and is fitted in the lid of the PowerBook.
The Pismo model can be identified by its bronze coloured keyboard and the presence of a single Firewire 400 port on the reaqr of the machine.
