Remote support and troubleshooting.
For when you can't get the me, I can get to you, wherever you are in the UK (or the world). Using secure technology I can log onto your Mac and take control of your screen and system allowing diagnosis and correction of faults without you even having to leave your house.
Remote support slots are purchased by the hour. Once purchased you can call me and I will arrange a convenient time for the support, or in an emergency you can buy the support as you talk on the phone.
Remote support requires your computer to have an internet connection and to be running OS X 10.4.11 or later.
